Telephone Line Faults

CD Telecoms provides a telephone service to the general public. Customers can from time to time have problems with a noisy telephone line. We have found from experience that our clients will initally report the fault to their line provider, only to be told that the line is working ok or to investigate the issue themselves. How frustrating is this? For a small charge we will identify weather the fault is inside or outside the property. if the fault is outside the property, we would make a phone call to the line provider and explain our findings. The customer would not be charged by their line provider if the fault is outside the property. If the fault is diagnosed inside the property we can repair the line with new cabling and sockets

Other Domestic Services

Customers often find their main socket is wired through a window frame. This can be an inconvenience if the window needs replacing or it is just not where the customer wants it. We can relocate the socket to a more suitable location and the window can be safely removed
